Declaration of consent(privacy)

I herewith revocably declare my consent that within the framework of all transport orders in road traffic of Sedus Group for the customer specified above are deployed with GPS tracking systems from Euro-Log AG.
I have been informed and revocably declare my consent that the following personal data shall be collected by means of the systems specified above:

• Surname and first name;
• Vehicle number plate:
• Mobile telephone number;
• Time of the departure of the transport from HUB to factory;
• Time of arrival of the transport;
• My respective current location using Geo data as a basis by status submission;
• Amount and duration of unplanned work stoppages;
• Real-time location / ETA calculation over the entire period of the processing;
• Geofencing.
• Location data

These personal data are used exclusively for the following purposes: Shipment tracking of certain customers for in-time information about the status of the shipment transport and real-time transfer of data with regard to transport of the shipment such as unplanned stoppages of the transport (amongst other due to the traffic situation, breaks that the driver takes, etc.).

I herewith revocably declare my consent that this data is processed, transferred to third parties for the fulfilment of the purpose specified above as well as saved for the period necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose specified above and is deleted after the fulfilment of this purpose or after 100 days at the latest.

With my acknowledgment, I confirm that I have a sufficient command of the English language and have understood all of the above.
